DownloadVideoIG respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Important note
DownloadVideoIG does not host, store, or upload any Instagram videos, photos, or other media on its servers. Our tool acts as a technical bridge that lets users access publicly available content directly from Instagram. Because we do not store any files, there is generally nothing hosted by us to remove; content must be addressed at its source on Instagram.
Filing a copyright notice
If you believe your copyrighted work has been made accessible through our Service in a way that infringes your rights, please send a written notice to dmca@downloadvideoig.com including:
- Your full name and contact information.
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL or link involved.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Our response
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review it promptly and take appropriate action, which may include disabling access to the identified material where technically possible. We may also forward your notice to Instagram, where the content is actually hosted.
Counter-notice
If you believe content was wrongly identified, you may submit a counter-notice with equivalent details to the same address.
